I work for one of the biggest structural shops in Calgary. You can buy bigger sheets than 4'x8' in town, there is also a 10'x40' plasma table in town. Flag looks great.

Need to be careful with acid if you use it in your shop open tub it will rust all metal in shop. I use 6%cleaning vinegar will take off mill scale and clean rusty metal. Great job.

On a side note, throw that chop saw in the trash and get a dry cut saw. Best move/investment I ever made to my metal working. Its like a hot knife through butter. I went with the Evolution380
