From what I gathered Olivia was supposed to start an Anti-Rogaine commercial and then Tim was supposed to interrupt but Olivia kept messing up cause she couldn't put her helmet on straight, so Tim got bored and came in early which resulted in a stroke for Tommy and Courtney literally dying of laughter. In a sense "that both was and wasn't the bit" hahahha
