Hi Chiara! When I eat out with my left side hemiplegia, If I order something that needs to be cut up, I try to remember to ask the server if they can at least slice it into strips. They almost always will do that. The hard part is remembering to ask! 🤷

I had a stroke 24 years ago and my right side is immobile. I’m 65 now but because of all my heavy lifting of pans, crockpots etc., I had to have rotator cuff surgery and my wrist is pretty bad. I’m so happy to see you living life to the fullest but I understand what you’re feeling. God bless you

To help putting spread on bread use the wall on your kitchen bench to hold one side then spread your bread to the wall

And zippers on coats are the worst! I can do it, if I get it lined up and can raise it up to my teeth and then pull it down while holding the tab in my teeth. But it usually takes several tries and I get so frustrated I'll give up. I wish I could find nice coats with snaps or buttons.

Hi chiara my name adam i have cp on my left side i have similar problem i have something you try put the bed cover inside out then use chin to hold it

As to cutting steak i can use my left hand to hold it or if left arm sore i would hold fork in mouth and cut whole steak then eat it

Thank you for your comment. I have an adapted car. Which has a steering ball and an infrared system which allows me to control my indicators and windscreen wipers and lights. As well as having a left foot accelerator. I also drive a automatic car Hope this helps. I will be doing a video on how I drive soon.
