Only in marked specific places vehicles have legal requirement to give free passage to pedestrians using these places for crossing the road. There are many rules about traffic signs, street and road markings. There are also streets where pedestrians have priority and vehicles need to adapt to the flow of pedestrians. And of course there are universal traffic rules forbidding activities, which create risk to others. These is always the requirement of being reasonably careful when driving any vehicle.

thank you so much for watching po. nurse po ako sa pinas. nagaacept po sila ng nurses with or without license. caregivers din po. pero may specific po silang requirements eh. imessage niyo lang po sila sa FB page nila.

The law says that a driver must always stop if a pedestrian is entering the crosswalk. If cops see that the car does not stop, they will be fined €120
