Things I've Found Useful After Surgery

Hello! In today's video, I thought I would talk about some of things I have found useful since having my operation back in November. For anyone that doesn't know, I had a Femoral Osteotomy to my right leg and recovery has been very slow. Since the operation, I have found quite a few things helpful, and so I thought it might be good to share these in case anyone else has upcoming surgery.
I'd be interested to hear your comments about my useful items - are they things you have found helpful too? Or are there any other things that you've found useful that I haven't spoken about? Also let me know if there are any other videos you would be interested to watch!

Sorry I've been so terrible at replying to comments on my videos the last few months - I'm trying to catch up now so I can then hopefully keep on top of them! Yeah a lot of these things are pretty helpful for general chronic illness/disability too I think xx

Perhaps maternity jeans with the low elastic band. I know it might seem weird, but a lot of people swear by them as they tend to be a lot softer and more comfortable

I've been struggling to keep on top of things with my health not being great, but am gradually getting there and really appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment :) Thank you for the suggestion - I've heard a lot of disabled people recommend maternity jeans, so I think I'm going to get myself a pair! x
