Negotiation is something I learned through the interview process that I have been through for about 10 companies. Also I value the way they treat juniors, once I feel am in right olace..I put my head down and learn with true enthusiasm ❤

@@brianruizy yes I have one thing to ask, Actually as a developer we need to build projects and ever beggineer know after deep drive into a particular programming language, he need to build a project and firstly a begginer try to build project by seeing tutorial in youtube like snake game or todo, tic tac too because he try build by seeing other first then he try his own. So I request you to make a video how an industry fellow like you makes projects very fast. Plz share an industrial tips because industrial environment is totally different right. That's it from my end. Finally if it doesn't make any sence , what I've ask plz avoid it.

hey bro i was just curious , did the company you work for ask you algorithm questions for interviews? i’m working on projects so i can start looking for jobs, but i wanted to know should there be a big emphasis on learning dsa if your trying to work for a normal company ?
@brianruizy
@brianruizy 6 ай бұрын
I’ll just be transparent for the sake of helping out :) They did, but slightly more behavioral than other interviews I’ve had. Unfortunately, a lot of companies just copy what big tech does which is to do the very technical multiple Leetcode question (medium to hard). So I would still advise you to practice it. At least some easy & mediums. But one thing that did help me was having projects I could showcase. Hope that helps bro!

*Highlights:* -💡 Academic achievements don't define success in programming; practical skills, problem-solving, and adaptability matter most. - 🏢 You don't need a job at a big tech company for success; satisfaction exists in various companies with autonomy and opportunities. - 📚 Taking a broad approach to learning early on helps identify interests and specialize effectively in the future. - 🌐 Building a portfolio website enhances opportunities and showcases your work effectively. - ⏰ Regular practice and consistency in coding are essential for building a strong foundation and tackling complex projects.

Thank you very much for this content, I'm actually following since day one, tho, this is my first comment and that is because I have an inquiry, I'm learning to code myself, rn focusing on web dev, I'm liking it very much and believe that your list is amazing, but everything has a but :p, I honestly don't know how to practice, like, really don't know, Should i make dummy website? Implement features to said website? I really don't know what can count as practice, if you or anyone is willing to help me out with this, that would be much obliged, ty very much in advance, Keep it up! You are motivating a lot of ppl!!!

I appreciate you watching from the start of the channel :) You’re on the right path . That’s how you practice, with a dummy website and trying implementing features to pick up on patterns. Though if starting exactly form zero I would look for an online resource that teaches the fundamentals of web dev. Like html tags and learning the boilerplate. Hope that helps 👍 good luck!!
