The biggest issue with Horizon West is that all the communities are single builders. We moved from Metro Atlanta. The subdivision was 1,800 homes by 7 different builders. Built around a golf course with 5 pools, clubhouse and tennis courts. HOA was $750 per year. Find that in Central Florida...ha ha. Good luck!

I dont like people, so i will need more yard space between my home, like enough where you have to yell to say hi.
