I love recipes in books ❤ Yay to Christmas romance pick 🎉 No communication in books ( troupe?is it a troupe 😅) is so annoying and I have started to just put them down if I feel it coming on. I have been weary of Tess Bailey books but Wreck the Halls sounds fun :) oh Silent Night sounded like it was going to be amazing - too bad it was so dry. 🦌 Glad you had a good reading week 🌻

I struggle with holding the heavy hardcovers too so I always read with a thick pillow on my lap so the book can sit there and be eye level without having to hold it up 👍🏻

11:00 there's traveling pouches that protect paperbacks. i've never tried them but i want one.

I use one for my commute, and it’s great. Mine zips up securely, and can fit two medium sized paperbacks if I need. I wouldn’t be without it now.

You have spoken my reality: -thrifted books (mismatched) -Read anything -a lot of books is aesthetically pleasing -I’m the mom/gramma with a room full of books -stacks because no room on the shelf/ves -library demands their books back (2wks 😤) -Dickens on a pedestal -hard back vs paperback -book position for reading -cost of books (mmp) -4th book in the series doesn’t match -(have you looked at Stephen King books?!) -special editions ❤❤❤❤❤❤
