Im 19 I have pretty severe anxiety and and I’ve been battling with it my entire life. I was diagnosed in middle school and I missed out on ALOT of fun things but I’m at a point in my life where I’m TIRED. I’m tired of always letting it pull me away from doing the things I really would like to do. I send pictures to an agency in September 2019. they asked me to come in to shoot some pictures and a couple days later they send me an email, saying that I was too young (I was 14) but I should send new pics in 6-7 months. Hi Jhordyn, your market will mainly be in NYC. I suggest doing a shoot to show your versatility and then sending it to high fashion agencies in NYC area. You can also search for talent scouts and bookers on instagram for the agencies you're targeting and send them a private message. Best of luck

Is it possible to be a model while i’m in the high school? I’m italian (15/16 years old now) and i want to start modeling (runway model) at 18 during the third school year (5 years of school in all), I'm afraid if they ask me to travel, maybe I have to give up. Is it a problem for agencies to have models that still go to school? I really want to dedicate my time to this career and I'll start with an agency in Milan, but I'm afraid that the school limits me. The best tip I can give you now is to learn how the business works, be careful of modeling scams to pose as modeling schools or agency recommended photographers. Understand that the agency works for your child and they only get paid 10-20% when they find work for your child. Hope this helps
