the Sweetspot for Intimidator this year is Silver. I played around with Intense-D Assist setting (SmalL Forward, 6'6", max Speed, 84 Lateral Quickness and Perimeter Defense) and can confirm 30 is the setting that gives me the best controle most of the time. Still sometimes my dude does some weird shit that I don't seem to have controle on. The sliding/skating on ice this year is horrible and when you play against CPU like in MyCareer games you can clearly see when the game starts scripting against you and just pulls you away from the ballhandler that you have to guard or (worse) just pulls you behind him, and your shotcontests don't matter, they nail the 3s anyway.

i felt like a noob when you showed the defensive assist. i was wondering why my dude was moving around to much. too many times i would be fighting for position and then my dude would give it up and run somewhere else. big help there. only thing i run on badges that is different is i use moving truck and off ball pest. because i like to bump into anyone cutting into the key.

I ran ante up 1's against all interior forces, paint beasts, and glasscleaners without intimidator and I did just fine, as long as you are there for defense you will get a stop and I'm a 7'0 interior force myself. I would still put it on bronze but I wouldn't pass silver 👍🏽

Hey! Try putting PRO STICK DEFENSE orientation on CAMERA RELATIVE, and use right stick in the direction where you want your player to go. It helps with sliding

Holding Y definitely helps a lot, i was experimenting with it and I got at least twice as much blocks since I started doing it, also before I got no snatch blocks, after I get them pretty consistently if I time it right

Notes from 2k21 - heart crusher is the new intimidator - intimidator and pogo stick are nerfed by 50% - chase down artist is still a top 15 badge - Clamps is just as effective on bronze as it is gold

Depending on what build you are it depends how well intimidator is useful. On my pure stretch with basically no interior defense it’s very useful especially since I play as the big man and guard inside centers

HOF pick dodger I believe is needed because I play pretty decent defense. So they end up screening a lot more. Beside that you got your sweats that screen non stop so to recover and let help defense drop I think that's more important than intimidator and trapper

For the shot meter if you swipe R downwards quite slowly it's gonna appear somewhere on the left side, and if you swipe it fast it's gonna appear on the right side.

Depends on your teamates if your teamates can't shoot too well go pg, but if they don't need to rely on dimer than go pf because you can get offensive boards even when out if position depending on how you make it

It works the same as the "good double team" prompt that pops up. Your PG is guarding his man and you come double with YOUR trapper to activate it.

Intense D help and Box out slider dont work in Park....its only for sim and vs AI games. This + delay + Low lateral makes your Player skating around in Park. Lakerfan has a pure Red build with High lateral Speed and agility , Thats why He maybe dont noticed the Sliders dont work online.
