My shih Tzu got the same problem,so the veterinarian instructed us to push his by his face a little using a tissue when he tries to eat poop by saying "no",do not scare them a lot but try making them understand that it's wrong

If you are playing rough with your shin tzu for a while and it is starting to get scared of your presence then how to get it to start liking us please any suggestions ofc stopping with the rough play but any other tricks? Edit my shih tzu was four months and died yesterday 😢
