Always interesting. This channel randomly popped up on my KZbin feed a few weeks ago, so I clicked on it. I was instantly hooked by your accent ("Accent? What accent?"). I used to watch Last of the Summer Wine strictly for the accents and turns of phrase. So here I am. I came for the accent, I stayed for the content. I'm catching up on all the back episodes and really enjoy the scenery, the history, the process, the detail, the personal insights, the production... As a resident of center city Philadelphia, I know that none of this has any practical use in my life at the moment (or possibly ever), but it's so interesting and so well presented, that I'm hooked.

Eee by-ecky-thrupp, from scary beginnings, to rescuing a little duckling having previously rescued a deer, faffing about and teasing on which way to turn, (I turned in 1973 and never looked back) to a rather inelegant Tiller or perhaps Bluebell Girl line kick! Know exactly where you are coming from here guys, absolutely heightens the senses like you would not believe! Happened to me a few years ago at my girlfriends house. We had had an attempted break in that I disturbed on the Friday to the point that me and a neighbour ended up jumping through gardens trying to catch the “xyz”. Then on the Saturday at about 0230 am we were awoken bolt upright by a massive spine tingling bang and I mean both of us went from deep sleep to fully wide awake in microseconds! Went to def con 3 and I grabbed the nearest self defence item I could find and ran to the top of the stairs to gain the tactical advantage as the other half opened the window and readied the phone for the cops on the three 9s! Turned out as I descended the stairs like a brave warrior in underpants that a large glass picture frame had fallen from the top of the stairs onto the stairs below and smashed to pieces! The spooky thing is we put it down to that and relaxed but didn’t at the time ask what had caused it to fall off! All the best and keep safe, Paul

You are now on my stretch of the Thames! So many happy memories of cruising up & down the stretch to Lechlade, way back in the old days! Wonderful!

It's just a quarter till 2 in the afternoon here. Hot and muggy but no horse flies. Lots of Traaaaaaaaaines though! Hope you are both gonna get a good nights sleep tonight.

Very well done, Bravo! We just read in the comments about Dillon, so sorry for your loss. He's prancing along the tow paths of another place, he had such a wonderful life in this one and we were lucky to know him.

You both looked proper scared 🙀. Mind you if I was woken up in the night on a lonely towpath I think I would have been worse. Well done to Shaun for rescuing that little duckling! ...altogether now 🎶There once was an ugly duckling...🎵
