Hi Dr. B! I recently had a consultation and the doctor would be doing the superior medial pedicle anchor method. Is that better than the inferior method and what are your thoughts about the superior medial pedicle method vs lollipop method?

I had my reduction surgery almost 7 weeks ago and am overall thrilled with the results. However, I do have a minor complication where I slightly tore at the base of my incision where the T meets the vertical line underneath. Now I have what looks like an open wound/hole and my doctor says it will take some time to heal. How long does something like that take in your opinion?

it is hard to tell without examiantion. You should follow your surgeon's instructions.

Got mine 9 weeks ago. So disapointed. Still big. They look.like punching boxing gloves. Was painfull way more than i thought and am à tough cookie and was expensive

every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
