A minute and a half into this, he he says that for the past 50 years God has been leading them in a new direction. That's about how long Pastor Chuck oversaw CCCM himself. The original CC Dove now non existent. "We will always be Calvary Chapel"?? I think most people know, those days are over.

Get out of your church if you see these kinds of things being taught! The church isn’t a building - it’s the people you meet with. We are the Church - His body. Brian, you say that nothing has changed as doctrinal position, you say that you are the same as CC has always been and that you will continue to maintain that fully. If that is true, why do you allow some Calvary global network pastors to mix in some Calvinism, and covenant theology, post trib rapture views and other doctrines that are not at all aligned with Calvary Chapel Doctrine

I remember when I first came to believe all the gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today after careful study of the scriptures. And how it took 10 years to find a sound Charismatic church that didn't teach foolish lies like the prosperity message, name it and claim it as an excuse for counterfeit miracles, ect. And then, in '97 after much frustration and prayer the Lord led me to a new church in my area. It was Calvary Chapel. AND NOW, years later I hope Brian doesn't ruin what God did working through Chuck Smith and so many other men of God. And don't let Rick Warren ruin CCCM as he works to spread Islam, I mean Chrislam around the world. Does selfish ambition mean you must flirt with all the pastors of mega churches. If so at least get to know Christ Church of the Valley or The Hills in TX. Better yet just simply teach the Word and don't apologize for prophecy. When I was 17 and open, searching, I wanted the Truth not anything that was hip or cool.

been trying to gain understanding,on this,I'm late to the party,Brian whom I've followed along time,as well as others,was one of the first to teach on ,emergent, Roman Catholicism, post modernism,, and spiritual warfare,...its true,I also followed Dave hunt,roger Oakland, iam shocked about the Rick Warren stuff,as well as Greg Laurie's invites to harvest,what saddens me is I'm having to find this info on my own ,and prayerfully discern ,I am one who has experienced unity in diversity ,and all sorts of controversy,I read alot of the comments,many are in my opinion overly judgmental, I'm hoping pastor chucks legacy will be gracious ,I stumble on televangelist,Joel osteen,and these unions with hillsong channel,I pray for wisdom ,and that Greg will stop using eugene Petersen's interpretation, All these things make me miss papa chuck,Dave hunt,among others,I saw early problems in my town in San Diego, when the cc pastor, was leaving due to politics, under Mike mcintosh,The small congregation joined the seeker churchdropping the name calvary,that I grew so much under,and at murrieta bc ,I know this as my, own experience,Lastly my hope is not to codemn new direction as ministry can evolve,but to encourage, and promote 2 Tim 3-,we may not know the day or hour,...but we recognize the season from clues,please dont misconstrue as I love brian,greg,raul,skip,joey,chuck,and many other solid teachers too numerous for my feeble mind to recall,

Actions speak louder than words. Brian hijacked CCCM pure and simple. Yelling at Pastor Chuck while on his deathbed. Spying on conversations in Chuck's home, etc. All can see what he has done.
