Not sure if someone already pointed this out in the comments, but you mentioned how that black manta vehicle never actually appeared in the movie even though it did on a few occasions. It wasn't shown very much but it was the vehicle that the sea pirate guys used, I think.

Half of those characters from CMF have diffrent comic/cartoon serieses and big comic arcs, so you cant compare it to Marvels cause its completly diffrent type of media, so dont sad they dont have time, cause they had ton of them
