I only got a 10lb bag this summer and it came up GREAT in drought conditions here in TX with minimal watering.God bless you and your family sir. You could also cut that bluegrass pretty short still and use it for golf practice (chipping)

Pete, it's been about 15 days or so since I applied my first 1/2lb per 1000ft application of GCI 30-0-0. Is it a good time to apply again? Or, how often you recommend? Grass is still growing and looks like we have stretch of 3 of 4 days of extreme coldness coming next week in the 20°.

just the fact that you would remove 4 mature cryptamerias and 2 mature maple trees for bermuda is too much for me. those trees are so valuable. far more valuable than berumda. Pete have you ever considered a fine fescue in the micro climate area. Whistling Straights PGA course has this in their rough area's. You can leave it naturally or you can mow it. It loves shade. When it matures, it looks shaggy!!!!
