Day 8 on my GCI test plot of Turf Type Tall fescue here in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Got some great germination thanks to all the rain thats been slowly passing through keeping the ground super moist. Supposed to have great sun today and then another blast of rain and then more sun. I suspect this is going to look great and the wife is going to be expecting the remainder of the yard to be overhauled int he spring.

Another great video from the brown square master! Hot tip: buy a second Growndskeeper II rake and remove two springs on each side. It makes that spot thatch removal a ton easier on your hands. It is actually faster than a wide one. It took me over a year to figure that one out :)

I bought my first Stander Last September. This is the mower I wanted. And I mean I really did want one of these. As Luck would have it,I live in The middle of NC and after 4hrs on the phone with any and every mower dealership within 3hrs ,I had only one salesman ONE that called me back. Explaining to him I didn't want a surfer pro 36 for my Solo business I was disappointed that the closest Revolt 54 to me was in Kentucky. I won't get into what I ended up buying I will say this, Interstate Supply in Schillings NC is NOT the place to shop unless you want to be LIED TO, MISLED, NO VETERAN DISCOUNT, And the $5995 mower turns into $8400 mower without telling you. I should have walked to kentucky2 times.But yes I will be buyin The Revolt 54 next Spring for sure.
