My favorite thing to do in all GTA games when I’m bored (especially GTA 3 & San Andreas) would be just to either play around with NPCs and watch em run toward water and die, or just see how long I can survive the cops while continuously increasing my wanted levels.

Once, when I was bored. I drove to every restaurant on the map and ate the large portions if food until my fat stat was maxed out. Then I grabbed a mountain bike and cycled myself thin. Took me a couple hours and I was able to explore the whole map. Loved it

That would be considered torture in future gta games like gta 4 or gta 5 but in gta sa? Nah peds don't react to you following them in gta sa not unless you keep constantly bumping into them which may cause them to start attacking you and following rival gangs is definitely a bad idea they'll immediately start blasting you if they spot you
