Has anyone else noticed Jack responds to the 'to your right' thing differently than everyone else? I noticed it in another video not too long ago, not sure which one, and I find it really odd. Maybe it's a common thing, but I've never heard of anyone but Jack thinking of those types of directions in that manner. Just me?

Ryan asked for clarification on which perspective to use[which is what I would have done]. Geoff didn't clarify the directions, he just repeated what he said. Ray and Jack both picked a perspective and assumed they were correct. Jack happened to be wrong. Gavin didn't listen and got left behind to the point that the result of Jack's incorrect assumption put him in a different spot than he should have been. If the instructions had been stated a bit more clearly everyone would have been in the right spot...except maybe Gavin(wildcard right there). This happens in all the videos, not everyone stands in the same place looking in the same direction, but whoever is telling everyone what to do assumes that everyone will instinctively know what they mean. And yeah, the fact that you need to clarify that you were just making an observation is stupid. KZbin comments. -_-

The whole game was centered around being on the outside, looking in, so at least in my mind, it should be obvious that 'to the right' means 'to the right when you're looking in'. To me, it would be like if a teacher standing at the front of a class, looking at all of his students, and telling them to turn to the right. Obviously, you move to your right, as you're facing the teacher. Jack, based on this, would move to the left, as he seems to interpret it as the direction from the point of view of the person directing. :P Again, I noticed this in a previous video, and was just bamboozled by it a bit. :)

The primary reason I don't like Jack is that he takes things WAY to seriously, so whenever he thinks it one way and others think it another he acts super sore (Minecraft Episode 29 is the primary reason people hate him). Also, he yells at Gavin for every single one of his messups, but just laughs off his (I know EVERYBODY is going to hate me for this, but the Action News Team Part 2 CargoBob crash is what I mean by this, 'cause he was at least somewhat responsible for that but bitched at Gavin for 10 minutes due to it). Aside from that I really do like Jack, but those moments just REALLY make it hard to support him.

Spartan0430 Plus the issues with the game were less about the quality of the build and more about the rules not being completely fair. For all we know Geoff or someone else came up with the rules, Matt and Jeremy just did what they were told. Also, Matt at least has already built maps that have worked, he just built them before he was hired.

i think it wasn't designed to be a 3v3 initially. the build was fantastic but there was either a flaw in the initial rules (since i don't know if it was supposed to be a 3v3 but could have been) or there was a shift in the initial rules (it was supposed to be 4v2 but turned into a 3v3 for the gents V lads action that we all love) but i don't know anything for certain since i wasn't there for the designing process of the let's play.

4:55 The idea here is that Ryan can look STRAIGHT down and place the sign... wherever it's put is the block he was on. That kind of looks like a 0, but since they didn't use the sign method it's an unsure 0. And later on, Jack uses the method to confirm he IS on the red... and then gets denied by Bad Guess Geoff. For the "touching glowstone" thing mentioned there... it's literally impossible to get the middle *without* "touching" glowstone, since a character's torso is wider than 1 block (though the collision box isn't) The point of placing a sign is to confirm which block was landed on. Result: Jack gets +30. Gav = 236, Ryan = 190, Jack = 206 and Ray = 205. Gavin still wins, but Jack is second rather than last.
