Certain companies will have a clause that we should not join the organization who are competitors for us.Check with HR on this and once you resign and got the relieving letter no company can stop you from joining anywhere.But please make sure you are not carrying any confidential documents from the current organization to New organization

Sorry for the very delayed reply.still replying because it may help someone else in the future.. If you are giving a notice period company will have to pay notice period salary But they won't be paying you along with salary.they will pay it as a full and Final settlement which will happen with in 45 days of your last working day

It depends on the tenure of you in the organisation.If you have completed your probation you May have to pay for your notice period.If you are still in probation you have to pay for your notice period too but the notice period May be less.it depends upon the company.Please check with your HR

First of all yen 1 monthla resign panreenga? If it's a valid reason you can resign and serve notice period as per probation period notice period requirement which you can check in your offer letter.And for the notice period you will be paid as mentioned in the offer letter.
