you can buy it off Tolfdir in the College of Winterhold once you are lvl 50 in alteration or you can find it in labyrinthian during the main quest (this does not always happen, on the table where the spell tome can be found sometimes there is waterbreathing or ironflesh there instead)

Either buy it from one of the court wizards or it can be found in one of the dungeons you go to during the College of Winterhold storyline. I don't recall the name of the dungeon, but it is the one with the ghosts of the archemage and his companions. The spellbook is on a table in one of the first rooms of the dungeon.

It is located at the college of winterhold find the teacher of alliteration. if you are at a high enough level in alliteration you can buy it from him or her. as soon as you enter the front gates of the college it should either be on your left or right in a sleeping quarter

pins are counted 1 point for each pin so knocking all the pins down gives +10 but if they get a spare thats 10 pins in 2 tries they get the +10 and an additional +10 in the next frame in addition to whatever they get. if they get a strike they get a +10 for the next 2 frames...so this effectively makes a spare worth 20 and a strike is worth 30 thats how people an bowl 300 if they get strikes in all 10 frames

I think they set it up by grabbing the items and placing them down then saving and reloading after every shot (they don't use PC's, only Xbox 360's except in rare cases so its unlikely a mod)

this spell is called telekenisis which is a alteration spell, you need to get your alteration skill up to at least 50. then you can find the spell book for it in the college of winterhold from one of the mages there.hope that helps

The name of the spell is "Telekinesis" and you can pick things up from a distance and throw them. You can buy the spellbook from either Tolfdir in the College of Winterhold or Wylandriah, the court wizard in Mistveil Keep in Riften. BUT you will need to be at a Magicka level high enough to handle the Adept level of the spell before either of them will have it in their inventory.

That's the Alteration Adept level spell "Telekinesis" , I'd imagine you could get it from any court mage if your high enough in Alteration, or from an Alteration teacher in the college of Winterhold.
