You never said what the colourful balls with the dry ice was? Fruit ice🍉 🍊🍍I’m guessing! It’s so lovely to come along w you and Jas for a glimpse of somewhere I’ll never visit, really fascinating and exciting travels.

Ah thank you! I’m still not sure what the colourful balls are haha! I saw the same thing but called dragons breath in Cambodia. I think they were rice balls of some description, deep fried and frozen/with added liquid nitrogen to produce the vapour. Really unusual but tasty! ❤️
