Very helpful. I tried making leek and potato soup but used the steam function and it did scary venting. I'm going to try some butternut squash soup but will pressure cook it. Do you know the limit of the amount of liquid you can use - I don't want to overfill it?

So sorry you got food poisoning, it’s so draining. I am someone who vomits, unfortunately. But I’ve only had food poisoning a few times. I’m glad you did manage to get out and about and enjoy your time there though. The cooking class looked really enjoyable and a lovely setting, what a beautiful fresh selection of herbs and veg. Love how they use the lemongrass and banana leaves to contain and cook the other ingredients 💚

Ah thank you! I’m still not sure what the colourful balls are haha! I saw the same thing but called dragons breath in Cambodia. I think they were rice balls of some description, deep fried and frozen/with added liquid nitrogen to produce the vapour. Really unusual but tasty! ❤️
