Theres a vendor in shattrath with a mount 3 or 4 toys, transmog (or leveling gear), and heirloom upgrade items. And ashes of alar can drop from a box from the raid boss.

Lots of wow players like to make “chore” lists which is the fastest way to kill the fun in the game. I get it if you are trying to push something in particular but I rather do thinks I want instead of things I MUST. Play because you want to, not because you have to. Delves do help a lot with this tho, get quick 606 on all alts and then just focus on your main or play other games 🤷‍♂️

Boosting for REAL MONEY is against ToS. Boosting for ingame gold is completely allowed and they even made a separate chat channel for it.
