Hi Ida! My pleasure! Yeappers, you do need register your business with your county, state and the IRS. Personally I made up my contract with research on Google, but you can't go wrong getting legal advice. Many people seem to like Legal Zoom. :)

When you start ANY business you need to get a business license (usually free). That license gives you a permission to do any type of commercial activity. Then you find out what your state requires as to getting license on your specific commercial activity.

You are so welcome. I would recommend that you keep an eye on celebrity parties to see what's trending. Also start your own creative trends. People love unique DIY balloon decor. I purchase my helium tanks from Roberts Oxygen. Hope this helps some.

Hi Milo, yes, I did get a business license. You definitely want to make sure that you are registered with your county, state as well as the IRS. In addition, you want to get a certificate of insurance just to be safe. :)

Aw, so sweet. Don't worry my lady! That's all of our struggles. You will get in a routine in no time. You've had two parties and you're only 7 weeks in?! That's honestly amazing. Focus on building your portfolio. Even if that means doing jobs in which you break even. Your gallery and customer service is key. Have you created your free Yelp account?

Hi Edwina, great question! My go to for website design is Fiverr. Loveeee Fiverr for all things tech related. Definitely want to make a website and Yelp profile and add all of your pictures to your gallery. :)

I do have a video request😅 if possible I’d love to see a video about helium tanks I know nothing about them and I’m interested in learning because I have so many clients who ask me if I offer products with helium and I always have to turn them down I’m just scared that the helium wont last or I’d love to see what you offer or maybe how you make your balloon bouquets🙏🏻
