I am barely starting a small balloon business with my mom and I hope it all goes well! We are working on building a portfolio so that people can see what we can do… I agree it’s overwhelming and sometimes I think to myself is this even a good idea. I don’t want to compare myself to other people because people that have been doing it for much longer have more equipment and know more. I just hope to grow and get there someday

Hello, I have had a balloon business for 3 years and finally want to solidify everything. What is your process for your inquiries? I find I do way too much back and forth. Was thinking a short inquiry form to see if I'm available and let them know my min delivery install price etc and then do a 10 min phone chat and get all the details followed by deposit etc. every business does it different as I can see on the websites however no ones seems to really talk about this process. If you can provide some clarity or what works for you that would be awesome. Thanks!
