You can keep it in any bag, but to avoid any hassle and if you don't need that medicine during the journey prefer to keep that in check-in luggage.

You can carry but I am not sure about quantity. I guess you are allowed to carry around 200 cigarettes, so consider similar quantity. And keep it in checked in luggage not in hand luggage.
