Radiation exposure should be a concern. From what I have read, there is no amount of ionized radiation that is good for the body. Also, I have read that some believe there are too many unnecessary CT scans performed. CT’s are a useful tool, but they should not be used unless absolutely needed.

Very true, it is not worth the risk of radiation poisoning from a ct scan. They are killing and harming people with these scans and not reporting adverse events to the fda or anyone. Sickening

No need to worry. CT Paranasal sinus has less radiation exposure! That probably was useful and necessary at that time.

The thing is, is every time you enter a CT scanner counted as one scan? I must have gone in about six times during one session. For head and chest. For me, it seems they just gamble with people's future health for it being easier and quicker for them. It seems like a win-win for the doctors. Also, if CT scans give more radiation by between 1000 to 5000 times as x-rays, how the hell can that ever be justified? So, if you go in and out of the CT scanner 4 times that's like 4000 to 20,000 x-rays. So, basically you have to spend the rest of your life wondering what may develop. Unbelievable!
