Pack only dry or ready to eat foods in check in bags. Do not carry liquid foods as there will be risk of leak even in Check in. Cabin bags should only have clothes, your important documents and few dry things to eat during flight. Security check will not let you pass liquid food items in cabin bags.

Hi, just do not bring any raw meat, soil or raw eggs item. Canada doesn’t allow you to bring any foreign raw produce. Other wise you are okay to bring cooked food.
