Btw, thinking about next 5 years won't be a good idea at this stage in current scenario coz starting this year AI is abt to change a lot of things in the market and it will happen very rapidly and might wipe out a lot of sequential jobs so its better for him to hold his decision for a year or atleast next 6-8 months and then re-think accordingly. Here's a question from behroz on his comment, do you think it is impossible for everyone to come back into North American market at a later stage after getting a wealth of experience at a higher position from ME or does it vary from field to field ?
