Good question indeed. There is no right or wrong answer as there are so many aspects to consider. Like your personal and career goals, budget, course you planning to study, city you area planning to study, so it could be yes or no based on individual circumstances and some of the factors mentioned.

@@overseasstudentsaustralia Am currently in India doing my bachelors degree will be done in a months time was intending to get study loan to study in Australia but with this big changes/ increases in visa rejection am still in a dilemma weather the risks will worth it

If coming only to study.. Worth it.. If for possible future pathways I'd say regional > main areas.. Or else a straight no unless you have a very good or specialised background.

dont change graduating from masters give 2 years of psw (if you are indian or master research student or both, you will get 3 years of psw)
