Vice Ganda’ new house - NO Kramer’s - No Derek’s - No Still, Slater’s Skypod still the best for me. Not as grand and ginormous in design with millions worth of furnitures and fixtures BUT then, the functionality and homey feel makes it a topnotch choice - plus, worth the billion view everyday! I hope to even have the room color and theme in the future.

One of the things that I love about Skypod is that it doesn't have that much furniture kaya ang spacious nya tingnan. And I think choosing the right color for your interior really makes a huge impact on the house for it to look big and relaxing.

I think the bed cover’s purpose there is to prevent dust from setting on the bed pag di ginagamit for sleeping. Also, pag hindi sila nakapambahay or di pa matutulog, ang purpose is para hindi malipat ang germs from their clothing to the bed. Maintain your bed as clean as possible. Yan din ginagawa namin if we make our beds in the morning. 🤔

Thank you so much for the subtitles! Echoing a previous comment on Google automation, it would be perfect for the SkyPod. I use it to control every light, independently. You can then set scenes for different time of the day, for different mood. Motorizing your blinds will also allow them to open and close at different configurations. Basically you have full control to set the scene.

Just a thought... Don't you think the filipino culture is pressuring us instead, by these types of illusion? Just a sudden realization that we don't need to settle to anybody. That we are just being rushed to settle before "the deadline", bago pa mawala ang edad natin sa kalendaryo (haha!). We all deserve that type of love and we should wait for that type of love. We are not required to just accept what is infront of us.
@sinigangnasalmon75323 жыл бұрын
Yes. Very considerate of Engineer. The Kramer house and Derek's house are ultra masculine, following the desires of their male owners. Ganoon din nangyari when we were building our house. 😢

@@lialagaras2754 Hi, while I accept your argument to not settle for less and not let yourself be fooled and pressured by society, I must say that Sir Slater's gestures to his wife are not an illusion. They are genuine and real, you must watch all the videos and hear the podcasts they made together. The couple compromise, communicate, and respect each other. That is, what I think, should be our standard when looking for a partner. There is nothing wrong with wishing and praying that you end up marrying a guy that shares the same values.

For easy home access to your home, you may use Google home device using a voice command when you turn on/off TV, open/close curtains/ blinds, on/off lighting. Love it! Very functional. Unsure with Amazon Alexa or Apple Siri. Now you can install automated switches in the bathroom and your nursery. Hope this helps. You have a nice contemporary home.

For the lights, i suggest you try smart switch/bulb that could be connected to WiFi, then you can "hey google/alexa turn on/off the lights" thru your phone or google home/alexa, sa mga panahon nga kapoy na mo barog sa gabi.e hahaa, you can even control individual lights depends on how you set it up, also a motion light underneath the bed would help navigating the cr, there's actually a local brand here in PH I'm not affiliated or anything i just tried their products and it's really good quality in my opinion, but yeah the idea is try exploring smart lights/plugs, you can even set up the schedule when it turn on/off
@azeho35363 жыл бұрын
I was about to say this. They can also buy wireless switches and place them at both bed tables. It can trigger the smart switch that controls the lights.

Hi. I'm new to your page and I like your suggestion on design's and ideas. I just thought some easy fix on the light switches you mentioned close to the bed. Me being a lazy guy and made easier for my wife, I installed Alexa to control the lights by using WiFi enabled lights to contol night stand lights as well as some of the WiFi enabled plugs for fans so no need to redesign an old house like ours. No more stand up turn on or off individual lights, just say "Alexa, my or my wifes light off,or on " . Keep on putting great ideas and thanks.
