Honestly do videos of newer developing areas so people are more attracted to those. It helps not pricing the people in the city out of their homes which is happening right now. Queen Creek, San Tan is developing very nice, Maricopa, and Casa Grande as well. Within the next 10 years I predict our metro area becomes 20% bigger in land area.

I definitely understand where you're coming from! We have videos up on our channel covering those areas. We have a lot of people asking about Glendale and we wanted to showcase it and answer those questions!

Tile roofs don't last any longer

I completely respect your comment on this and thank you for commenting. However all of the roofing contractors we do business with all tell us that tile roofs on average do last longer than asphalt shingle roofs.
