I have a very early copy that my mom left me I treasure that copy. I also have a copy from the 1970’s and I have read it several times along with more than 600 books on the power of the mind, thoughts and beliefs. Now in my 70s I continue to read at least 2 hours daily and share what I learn with my 4 children and 13 grandchildren. I also share this information through Free Seminars @ local schools, college and libraries. What valuable tool.

think and grow rich, no way is it napoleon best work. It's the most popular. He is about psychology, more in his other books. Think was Hill's third book after law of success. Master key to riches and his best book You can work your own miracles. Napoleon dedicated his entire self to producing books. He had many flaws but you can't deny his work was great. Including his lectures. But Think was one of his early books. He was great, no matter what people think of him. He was on television in the 50s. That was a big deal at that time to be on television teaching about success.

8 days I’ve been listening to this multiple times a day sometimes starting in random places. And things are happening... I have severe social anxiety and often for years miss out on fun events and things I’d like to experience because of it. This past week I’ve done more social activities than the past 3 months combined - things I’d normally pass or make up an excuse for. It’s Amazing. I’m excited to keep practicing maintaining a success consciousness and see what other riches unfold. 🥰

I am really grateful to you because yes, as you mention, I heard all about Napoleon Hill and his book, I have been digging, studying, everything I get across since 2015 when after more than 5 years of traditional medicine failure to diagnose or treat me, I went for energetic healing ( and it worked ) for the first time in years I didn't present symptoms! I could eat etc... So, I started by studying the chakras, went to do yoga, meditation, breathing, crystals, to all subjects even ancient civilizations, etc guess 5 years on disability and recovering, so on my good days I had all the time in the world to research and study You just gave me that spark and makes so much sense since 2 months ago I decided that it was time to go back to work and that I am also ready to clean my subconscious since it does not make sense to go back the same way I was before I had to stop working for over 3 years, to go back has to be worth in every way There I open my KZbin page and I see this video is that a message or what? I guess that means I am ready to move on - Then when you say that this book is only visible to one when we are ready for it! Made more sense yet plus I am looking for wealthy anyway - since last week I had a light of what I want to do that has value, not just for ppl, but will open doors for other professionals also, etc ... and I will be doing what i enjoy plus open opportunities to young professionals, Very good review Thank you

My Dad gave me this book as a high school graduation present over 40 years ago. I read it several times, but I didn't 'consistently' practice what is in the book. For 30 years would use the book forget the book use the book and forget the book. There are excellent books like "As A Man Thinketh," "Think and Grow Rich," and "The Magic of Believing." These books deserve multiple readings, personal study, and complete practice. It will change your life.

Did it change your life?
@obijuan3004
@obijuan3004 3 жыл бұрын
@@milkandspice1074 It is hard to say that these books changed my life, since I don't know what my life would have been without these books. And my Dad believed in those principals so I'm sure they influenced how he raised us. I realize that thoughts are things. And what I focus on the most I tend to bring into my life. Everything you see that is man made was first a thought in someone's mind good and bad. If you follow the internet nonsense and let yourself be influenced that the world is controlled by a group like the Illuminati, or evil rich people and evil politicians, you are planting weeds of negativity in garden of your mind, to paraphrase James Allen. However, if you focus on being healthy, having good relationships, to see all challenges as opportunities to be a stronger person mentally, to focus on your life's pursuits, control your emotions, to learn about and acquire wealth, to be charitable and to continuously increase your knowledge on all of the things listed above, you will not have time to plant those negative weeds in your mind, weed that do nothing for you. You get what you focus on why not focus on you being a mentally stronger you. Think good thoughts and life will bring you good results. The best story that maybe changed my life I would say is the "3 feet from gold" story in Think and Grow Rich. When pursuing your dream, and it appears that all hope is lost, at that moment you are closest to your dream. Never Give Up. That's the effect these books had on my life. Happy New Year!

@@obijuan3004 Personally I think there is truth on both sides. There is "evil" and sometimes you don't have the means to focus on the good. I feel that is a bit of a luxury. However, I like the teachings and I am lucky/privileged enough to where I can use them.
@obijuan3004
@obijuan3004 3 жыл бұрын
@@milkandspice1074 True there is evil. My point was not to ignore it and of course you should protect yourself from evil and reduce the risk of life's negative events with preparation. The more scenarios you are prepared for the better your defense. My point was that we often are too focused on things that will have much less impact on our lives than if we used the same time to improve the area's of our life I listed above, we will be better prepared for other challenges as a result of personal growth. There is no luxury in staying focused and making your life better by focusing on the tasks that make you healthier, to have better relationships, pursue your dreams and to be wealthier. How can you make life better for those around you if you cannot acquire and control wealth? Wealth is energy multiplied. Wealth is often though of as a bad thing, but that is how the weak people think. Never see a focus on self improvement as a luxury, it is paramount.
@milkandspice1074
@milkandspice1074 3 жыл бұрын
@@obijuan3004 Oh, I agree with you and don't think you think there isn't evil. My point was more, you and I (most people.in a developed nation) have the opportunity to be in pursuit of some sort of happiness. Just given the opportunity to know of a possibility of a good life (even if never achieved) is sort of luck in being born here. These practices doubt could work for those in extreme cases. Like living in the DPRK or being a persecuted group by the CCP, ect ect. The chances are very slim, no matter what how much they believe.

This is SO GOOD! The procrastination section on making decisions quickly is GOLD. Side note, not all leaders are good and have noble behavior we see that now. Many times we expect people to play fairly in the work/political/legal system - we are sadly mistaken. Some of the older books make the assumption that we are playing on an equal field. Not necessarily. We have to access and adapt to each situation. But the main point is, Thank You so much for your content. You are Awesome. Continued Success!

Absolutely! Wel done! Repetition is the key.......it takes at least 30 days to change a habit.....Bob Proctor recommends 90 days...so that what one is studying is programmed in the subconscious mind. Bob Proctor , has been studying 'Think and Grow Rich' , every day , since October 1961......In his first year of reading 'Think and Grow Rich,' he took his income from $4000 to $175,000 a year......( his income multiplied by 43.75 times in one year)......and in a matter of a few short years....back in the 1960''s, his income increased to over a $1 million a year.......Earl Nightingale ,( as you may be aware) , was one of Bob;s mentors.....So , you have made some very wise choices....Keep up the great work!

It's great that you created this. At the beginning of this you state you've read the book several times now and get something different out of it everytime you read it. I read somewhere in which either Warren Buffet or Bill Gates read the book every year and the reason why is because over the course of the year they have grown and evolved and every time they read it they aren't the same person they were the previous year. I believe one of them has read it 25 or more times. I makes sense that every time you read it you learn something different because your a different person in a different time in your life.

I think I’m on the right path. I used to be in love with art, it made life so free flowing and blissful. Then after conditioning I grew to hate it and couldn’t stand to look at my art at all. I thought it was terrible and no where near as good enough as I thought I should be. I committed to other avenues but now I hate the alternatives and I’ve been trimming it out to get back into loving art. It funny to see how naive people think I am but I really really really want my vision and don’t see myself settling to satisfy the fear of others. Thank you for this vid because I have been struggling to impress specific feelings in my mind and this high level thinning opened some good feelings in me. I’ll keep listening and listening to more content as I tidy up my life. Eventually I will read books myself because I want to, I never liked that I didn’t like reading books, and I have so many books in my back log to read. Excited for the journey and I am keeping the destination in my present state always. Wish me luck.

At 37:10, the Lambo story, I would like to say that yes that guy was sucess conscious, but also that managing his assets was his value. Higher than just his successful business, was the higher value and larger view that managing your assests is bigger than managing your business. Subtle, but perspective is critical.

Seriously , I believe once you think success, things works for you, that all i can explain how I found your page and this book, Information is there , but we need to open our eyes and mostly defeat that subconscious mind. Thank You so much, I like the way how you explain the book while reading the pages. I am still in chapter three. I will keep listening everyday and see how I will apply the instructions.

I think he should clarify success. Money does not create success. Gaining your goal financially is an achievement under the Law of Compensation, a fair exchange for staying in rhythm with your vision. So for those who haven’t reached the money creates a negative of being not successful. This compromises the Law of Relativity and the Law of Oneness. The division of poor and rich
