I saw this bag at the camera store and immediately loved the speedtop design. I had the same niggle with the strap. I hate dealing with zippers on sling bags, so this just seems like a great option for me. I didn't yet buy the bag at the store because I want to do some research first. This video has convinced me to buy this bag. Thanks for your review.

The favorite bag I have is a Think Tank messenger style bag I picked up at a thrift store for less than $20. Could use something a little smaller and was looking at the retrospective 7, but the speed top looks great too.

I am using Retrospective 7, is such a flexible and durable bag. From the outlook it didn't scream I am camera bag. And give a good protection to my camera

I use a messenger bag to carry the camera with lens on and two extra lenses but it's rather bulky to use in tight places.

This seems to be a re-working of the Speed Demon bag I purchased back in 2016 from ThinkTank. I like that bag very much and this one seems a nice improvement!

Great review! I love my Speedtop 15 and want to get the smaller version. I think it offers a lot of form and function for the money! I would have loved a Fidlock magnetic system for the cover latch system. I took my Retrospective Backpack 15 to Scotland last year!

Hi Bill. What is the depth of the hidden pocket? Can you put inside something thicker such as a wallet or a sunglasses in a pouch? These items are around 30mm thick. Thank you.

@@jonsnih492 If you are referring to the interior pocket that latches by a magnet I think that you fit a sunglass case and a wallet in there. Ha, thanks for reminding me it even exists! ;)

Very easy, the material is smooth enough that a lint roller or even something like a wet wipe would easily clean it off.

Not bad at all, a typical lint roller or something like that would take care of it, but most can even be brushed off by hand
