U are so right! I thank God for the light houses along my journey. At the age of 22 my BFF who was then 20 years older than me. Told me to never leave when u mad. But when it's time to go you'll know. Best advice. So when I go, I GO thas it for me because I stayed and tried until it was no more in me. So I never felt the need to return. Weird but saved me a lot of back and forth heart ache.

I separated from my STBX twice and you are right Myesha. The first time I was pressured to go back home by family and friends I never got the time to process all that I had been through then my mom was diagnosed with Cancer. The second time my mom had passed away and I never grieved properly and had an affair as I was all over the place emotionally. We went to counseling this time around and he never really continued with working on us. Like we needed to continue counseling but to be honest it wasn't going to work with me alone. I just told him again a few days ago I want a divorce and now this time around he is dealing with terminal health issues, and I feel like crap for doing this now. I want to care for him but what about me. I'm not being selfish as I have cried and tried for 23 years. I can support him as a friend, but I can't as a wife. I went to God and ask for an answer, and I got it. I have to trust God and honestly, I feel I am in the way of what God wants to do with him.

2nd Marriage, distraught, embarrassed, and humiliated, but i wanted this marriage to work. I didnt want to be a two time loser as i said to myself. I constantly told myself Nobody" is going to want you". I went back twice because I was :"So" in love. Whatever, I wanted tonsave face. Each time it ended the same way. The last time had a twist, he went out for some Sweet Tarts, and he never came back home. (I was not surprised and highly in agreement. ) Addiction is a disease and affects the Whole family.

I believe this is partially true and let me explain why. There was a person who wanted to sell their home And listed their home with the most beautiful description, in hopes of enticing a buyer to select their home. As the agent began looking for a new home for the person, none seemed to suffice. After a while the person realized that the description of the home they were already in was exactly what they were looking for. Hi Myiesha, can you please stop mentioning God because the use is inconsistent. Fundamentally, we are gods and we do what we want. For example, God might have told you to divorce and told your husband to stay. Therefore, you both might have two different gods. It is ultimately an individual choice.
