But I want to ask a question why did they select these many students when they only have limited seats? For example if i talk about a particular list there are a total of 380 selected candidates, 41 are winners and 339 are runners up. Why did they have these many students in the list if the only seats are 41 for those winners I mean they could have gone with less number of selected students (around 50,60 if the seats are only 41) so the other students don't have hope further and can try for other opportunities
