From the sidewalks of Tivoli Passa Passa to Canada So you think you can dance. This is how the people of Jamaica have move the country in the last 50 years...not PNP / JLP. Our athletes, musicians, culture contributed so much to make or people proud!! I say happy 50th independence to Jamaica and Trinidad.

Many Jamaicans probably believe that only Jamaicans can dance this style just like some Argentinians believe they're the only ones who can Tango. People like Jaeblaze are promoting this style all over the world putting Jamaican cool moves on the map so what so wrong with outsiders picking up Dancehall? There are Chinese hip hop dancers in China...What a crime! Every Jamaicans should celebrate the fact that something original that was just local now goes global, this was dancehall that's all... Flucking Meowl :)
@kev809768 жыл бұрын
Nothing wrong with stealing or taking dances from dancehall just give credit to who made it and where it came from hun
@piratecat51138 жыл бұрын
Charlie Adams Jaeblaze the choreographer is Jamaican, she's not stealing something she grew up with lol.

As an islander, i can say they had the energy; as a US man and artists, i can say they were lacking technique...not in the moves the pull off, yu know, dem sump'in deyah a BIG... but because dancehall is such an ORGANIC and Dynamic style, they didn't HAVE many technical points to hit the same way a waltz would. Still, fi two pickney dat a nah GROW in de t'ing, they mash it up BAD BAD BAD! it was impressive to see. I hope the next Dancehall routine has more balance with style & substance, seen
