The UK should reward the risk and sacrifices entrepreneurs take. Unlock them. It's much easier to get start up funding in the US, in the UK, there's no focus on assembling the best and brightest, funding their ideas and creating new industries, and we wonder why our economy is flat in comparison to US economy. Our top companies are in legacy industries like Gas. The US gdp is driven by the tech industries we all use every day. More burden on companies does not foster growth.
