So when we see, hear, percieve, sense is it only conciousness we are experiencing. But teachings says conciousness is not an object of experience. It is a pure subject

Beautiful…☯️ it’s being felt here ( now) always now … but… that all my apparent family, friends etc…. Are a projection??? There has been free fall and sadness, laughter, confusion all of it. Idk. This was seen at age 6-7 I describe it like the Headless Way but I didn’t know of the headless way at age 6??? Two years ago or more I was led to Non Duality never heard of it… and ever since it seems to get stronger??? 🥹😞🪷🕉️❤️🪄✨

That is a blow out statement: “Objets exists because we think about them” when we walk a dog in a park and we both see a tree, just the thought “that tree is beautiful” turn the tree into an object, but by the dog, without language the tree is not an object, is just part of the whole. That is the base of Mindfulness Meditation: Moment to moment non judgmental observation
