@@DebtFreeDoctorJeffAnzalone I do, and I'm originally from Monroe myself, graduated from WOHS. We own 8 parks, actually closed on the 8th today, 6 in TX and 2 in Louisiana. I'd love to chat sometime. I've seen BM and since I'm an active investor it doesn't make sense for me, but I do really like their model.

Im currently looking at campgrounds but theyre in another state. Its the state i plan to relocate too in the future once the kids are grown. My question is do you think it’s feasible to buy one thats 100 miles away (1hr45min drive) and hire a full time manager while i make weekly trips to do maintenance until its time to permanently relocate. Im talking 10+ years down the road
