There is an interesting story behind the bird chirping and the howling sound(actually whale sound)used in the song.Govindh vasantha, the music director told in an interview that the song was inspired from a poem, he learned in school about a sparrow and a whale.Apparently they both fell in love with each other, bt could not unite as they belong to different livinghood,the sea and the sky.And that beautiful love story was exactly matching with the movie scenario.This is how u convert an inspiration into art❤️.hats off🙌

I'll be eternally grateful to the person who recommended this movie to me.. couldn't sleep the whole night after finishing this movie.. probably played this song in loop till it was morning.. I'm not tamilian, I'm a Bengali by birth.. but watching this movie I really wished I knew or atleast understood Tamil..
