Great video! 2 years later and yes! they made some changes. One thing I noticed , IMMO, is in there working good. The cheaper Think scanner bluetooth cannot compare with this year offer,2023, Lifetime free updates. You do have to purchase your specific vehicle make for $50 per car. But thats fine if you charge it to the patron your serving. I am not promoting Amazon but if you apply for their credit card that you dont have to use you get $200 off, plus additional $60 coupon. after taxes and free shipping it down to $185.00

Does it perform ecu programming? Increase rpm redline?

I tried to make a diagnostic on my CF Moto ATV but... nothing, my scanner didn't recognise my ATV, I have tried auto search, even I wrote VIN number but nothing, Thinkscan is useless for ATV. On the other hand, a small cheap code reader did the job! Is something I am missing?!?

Yes, you are missing the simple fact that this device is NOT made to work with ATVs. This is for Cars, Trucks and SUVs from 1996 or newer. It only works with OBD2 12V systems. I don't know what your ATV has but it is most likely not a complete modern OBD2 system, so it cannot communicate. (BTW OBD2 has several protocols so even if it is OBD2, it may have a different protocol) You can blame the device for not doing what it is not made to do. It's the same as if I dropped you in China and said that there is something wrong with you because you can't communicate with the locals. Fact is that you simple don't speak Chinese.

It depends on the vehicle. If your vehicle is on the list then yes it can.

I bought one. How do know if the drive cycle is completed after erasing error codes and driving the car around?

Do a scan again and you should see the codes gone. If not then delete the codes and see if they come back.
