1. Not all Mohalla Clinic are actually available for access. 2. Most of them only have only some basic medicines, not treatment of any diseases. 3. There is a very large amount of people and very small amount of Schools and Hospitals. 4. No new roads, flyovers, bridges, etc. 5. Huge Traffic Jams, pollution, Vehicles parked on roads, absence of Police etc 6. Aren't the Yamuna Treatment plants their before the AAP party came to existence? 7. Building Schools and Hospitals is not freebie. Its always infra and asset. Nobody is complaining about those. Delhi's major problems are pollution, and roads. I am sure if he foucses on fixing land, water and air pollution even health expenditure will be brought down or at least become more efficient. I have not seen AAP's government taking up any big projects like building a riverfront on yamuna, fixing road infra, etc. Their government thinks best way is to just spend in education and healthcare and social benefits schemes which is not true. You need to spend in every sector. Current lack of spending in infra will bite them later.

BTW, neither is BJP nor Congress fully engaged and trying to win Delhi elections.. they want to keep Kejriwal occupied with Delhi, BJP nor Congress has any CM face, and I know it will be an unpopular opinion, but this is a one sided election, yes AAPs vote share will reduce due to his corruption charges and freebies and false promises, but you can't deny that BJP and Congress are not putting any fight, AAP will win elections.
