I am from Belgium. I was born in India but moved to Belgium when I was only 6 months old. My father was and is working in the diamond industry in Belgium (Antwerp). A lot of Jains started going to Belgium to understand the diamond market and I lived in Antwerp my whole life with other Jains, all of our parens were working in the diamond industry. Feels good to be proud of my community and see the recognition it deserves.

Jain community's fundamental are very strong from childhood they do extreme level of fasting and sacrifice of rooted food as well as Ahimsa ( Non violence) is the best thing they have. They always avoid Locha (Trouble) situation in their life so maximum time is spent only in family and business and it is only key to success.

@shridev1766 brother, being a miser is when you don't spend even when you need it ,but that is not the case with Jains, in fact, they would help the society and their community as much as they can, they lead a simple life( NO alcohol, meat, any sort of addictions, and even simple food). For example, A Jain might have a business worth crores but he'll still buy from his friend's business instead of bigger brands

Jain community is god's gift to India. . It's not just trade, their habit of donating for common causes is legendary. Jain community in Barshi has created several drinking water tanks, numerous hospitals, schools and colleges - and their pet project is Nargis Dutt Cancer hospital - they gave land, medical equipments, gifted money to build several wards too. . I am Hindu who is forever in debt of this community. Thank you Jains from bottom of my heart 🙏

I'm working at the start up which is established by a Jain (a 70year old man of values). Everyone in the company feels like a shareholder. Even when a big investment comes in, he shares a big chunk to the employees. Everyone loves him and respects him and honestly works for company success. Today we are the most advanced product in the market. At least 2 years ahead of competition. Palanpuri Jains were the ones who controlled the Diamond Industry. But now the status quo is distributed with Patel Community as well. When Jains built this industry it was not a good business period for India. Patels came ahead during the era of globalisation and technology which made it much much easier to establish and scale the business.

Most of labour to most small or big Diamond cutter, traders are Patels from Saurastra. My uncles, my in-laws literally 50% of people I know are in Diamond business (others in Textile). Biggest diamond traders like SRK Group of Savjibhai Dholakiya or Dharmanand Group of Laljibhai Patel (person who bought Modi Suite in auction for 4.7 crore) and many other big names from Patel community of Saurastra.

I wish I was a part of Jain community ! Maybe we wouldn't have struggled with our ethanol project like this ! Lack of support, unable to find genuine people, trustworthy partners, and absolutely in short of investors with balls, guts or any risk taking ability. We hail from Kerala, my father built such a mighty huge industry in karnataka, due to some delay in EC our project got delayed and sucked into an unfortunate and unfair NPA status. However, we managed to get everything done, even the final EC, thanks to Gadgari ji and Modi ji govt, but to complete and commence the project we are unable to find the funds, that investor ! We have been sending sos mails to gadgari ji and pmo and all but no response. I literally lost hope in this hopeless country. Lost a Fortune, crores of rupees and most importantly lost the life of my father, the poor man, the industrialist who sacrificed everything for this, his dream project! The answer for how Jains cracked the code of family business is said by my Rajasthani Friend who is Agarwal BTW a marwari and he has a jain friend as well. What he told me is that in general most of the Jains, Marwaris and Gujaratis before starting any business every member of the family sit at one place and have long discussions which helps them sort out every financial difference they have and take business and investment decisions which are accepted by all of the members and avoid even a single decision which any of the family member doesn't agree with.

We want our country to grow to the top. But recently we are seeing many things, like killing our monk by giving him electric shock till death and then cutting his body into pieces ( which was never done in the history of india till now ), abusing them, making our holy place a tourist destination which is hurting us so deeply, that we are losing hope in supporting our beloved country. We are not saying that everybody is treating us badly, but some of them are doing so bad that it will effect every person in the country. we just want that every person who thinks that we are not harming the society should support us when the things are going this bad. Seeing such ridiculous things with our idols really hurts alot. 💔

@@DarshanJain2002 so one mistake that is unrelated to his killing is that he had 20 acre of land in his name. Secondly the killing was carried out by a contracter who owed money to the temple? Which is the temple to which he owned 4 lakhs? And see where have we come, people kill such respected sanyasi monks due to just 4 lakh rupees. And one more thing, why did the contractor owe 4 lakh rupees? Usually payments for construction are made in installments and not in advance?

People say Modi has sold India but they refuse to see that the things he has done for his Home State is incredible. He has made Gujrat very business oriented and open. Ganesh, I'm learning and watching your videos from the very beginning but today in this video I think you talked about relations in business which is very crucial in business and personal relationships. As I'm coming from business family so want to share that there are many things more beyond than money and fame in business. It must be ethical, have some good relationship etc. Not only Jain, but I would say Gujarat is the state where each and every person in business helps a lot and they know that if we help each-other that bond will repay somewhere and somehow. Thank you for sharing this. Love from Surat.
