Wow, learned so much about Chef Alan Wong! Mad respect. I can totally see why his restaurants do so well, he is a true leader and coach. Love that he gives back with the adopt a bee program. Also, I have his cook book and it was great to hear him personally explain how he came up with the name "Blue Tomato". He could totally have his own think tech show where he goes around talking with young chefs about what their "blue tomato" is 😃
