Ask the manufacturer about the lab license. You don't need to get a lab license. As discussed in the video best way to find supplier is indiamart. If you have made up your mind and want to trial run then search 'fragrance bath salt' it may cost little higher but for a trial run buy readymade with your name on packaging, it will save you time. Later you can start mixing fragrance and colour yourself. I'll make a video soon on this.
