I love the delicious meals you always prepare and a huge fan of yours since I started cooking as I am still a teenager. But there are some adjustments that I think should be made regarding specification of meals, like for example if you are cooking normal thiou Kong it will be appreciated if you just use the normal ingredients for it for people who don't have the other Ingredients or even those that don't need it. I get it that you want a rich meal but specification is very important. Apart from that you are the only person I look up to on KZbin for cooking alas thanks for being a great cook.
