Third Amigo
Hello there! Have you been wondering where we’ve been? Well… That’s a long story. Maybe for another time. Now all you need to know, is that we’re still embarking on adventures. But lately they are are a bit different as you can see… The roads are changing, the bikes are different… But we’re still the same! And now we’ve got another Amigo for our adventures! Yeyyy!! That’s Krystian, and these were his first steps off road! Well, it’s not like we’ve been doing off roading that much, don’t get me wrong. It’s just the beginning, but it looks like the adventures are getting more and more interesting, aren’t they? So what was the plan this time? Ah, just a short ride to #cornwall for one night. Nothing to crazy, more like testing our gear, as we’ve got something shocking planned for next year. But I won’t spoil it just yet! Aight, so we went up to #dartmoor then headed west to check out all the small B (and C?) roads I could find on my map. I had a different approach to planning the track this time. We’ve been using #calimoto for the past two and a half year, but lately I got into reading Ordnance Survey Maps! It’s so much fun, that I just had to make a GPX for our ride. And it went really well! I highly recommend this method, although I do understand that for some of you it’s just how you do it every single time… For me that was my first and it’s really fun! If you’re wondering where did we stay for the night, the place is called Davidstow Airfield, and it’s basically a deserted WWII airport. We did also visit a local museum, although don’t know why, none of us filmed that part. That’s a shame, we need to get back to filming, it’s a state of mind that you need to jump into, making content.
