you missed two more countries, its celebrated in india and nepal too but by very tiny population of himalayan buddhist, its called "sonam losar" which translate to new year, its same as tibetan losar but it is celibrated alongside chinese calender due to some historical reasons and also lion dance is the key element of sonam losar
